We sent requested data that appeared not to be shared within the company forcing us to resend data to several people. That was a bit irritating. That is our only complaint.

Questions were answered in a timely manner. It was a positive experience. I was surprised that we had 3 different loan officers that requested the same paper work??? But overall they made a very complicated process less complicated.
